Compassionate Commissary locations have provided over 600,000 meals to our Ashe County neighbors and beyond with no questions asked. Each box is free for the taking, to keep or share. If you or someone you know needs food, here are the locations of our Compassionate Commissary sites.

We rely on donations and volunteers to feed our neighbors in need. The more you give, the more we give with 100% of every dollar used for one purpose - to bring hope and love to our neighbors. We are so thankful for our devoted volunteers who help us keep our locations stocked.

Local social services agencies, schools with subsidized meal programs and churches are contacted to help spread the word among people in need.

Special consideration is given to underserved children and their families, the elderly, and mentally or physically challenged people, as well as disabled veterans and their families.
