    Our annual DWA “gala” is an Afternoon Tea at the River House Inn, where we will honor proprietor Gayle Winston, who is a native of Ashe County, staunch Democrat, an achiever against all odds, and a welcoming hostess. We will also feature Caroline Renfro, Candidate for Ashe County Commissioner.
