About the event
Join us for our March Gathering. We will welcome a special guest speaker and celebrate Women's History Month by discussing the story of Frances Perkins, FDR's Secretary of Labor and the first woman to serve as a US cabinet secretary, and the driving force behind the New Deal! To honor women’s history month, Dr. Robert Riehle and Byah McGee, a couple from Winston-Salem, will be our guests and will speak about "Frances Perkins- The Woman Behind the New Deal".
