Jefferson Oddfellows

The Independent Order of Odd Fellows is an international order dating back to the 17th century in Europe, serving as a social safety net when such things were unheard of. 

The Jefferson Chapter was chartered in 1906 and occupies the upper floor of the old Bank Of Ashe building on Main Street in Jefferson. 

Our motto is Friendship, Love and Truth, our mandate is to Visit the Sick, Educate the Orphan, Bury the Dead, and Relieve the Distressed. Our overriding mission is to Elevate the Character of Mankind. 

The Jefferson Lodge has found our niche in helping folks in crisis. We raise funds by hosting a Pancake Breakfast each month on the 2nd Saturday from 8-11 am. We also accept donations anytime!
